What's the difference between Monitor and Managed? +

Monitor shows you what's happening and recommends next steps — you handle the changes. Managed adds hands-on guidance: we discover your senders, guide your DMARC policy rollout, coordinate with your IT team, and give you monthly support time.

Do I need to change my DNS? Who does it? +

We provide exact DNS records ready to copy into your DNS provider. If you have an IT team, we coordinate directly with them. For the hands-off experience, we can also guide your team through each change.

What happens if I hit the support limit? +

45 minutes of support covers most months. If you need more, we offer remediation packs at hourly rates, or you can consider upgrading to Business for 2h/month included.

Can I add more domains? +

Yes. We offer extra domain slots and parked domain add-ons. Your account dashboard shows available add-ons after signup.
