No. You can create an account and explore the dashboard without making any DNS changes. We'll show you what we find, and when you're ready we guide you through each change.
What happens during onboarding? +
We scan your domain's existing DNS records, identify any misconfigurations, and show you your current DMARC posture. From there, you get ongoing monitoring and monthly reports.
Can I upgrade later? +
Yes. You can upgrade from Monitor to Managed or Business at any time. Your onboarding fee is credited toward the upgrade.
What if I need help making changes? +
Monitor is a self-service plan — we tell you what to do and recommend next steps. If you'd like hands-on guidance, check out our Managed plan.
